Self help books have exploded over the past 10 years, and there are so many to pick from. How do you find one that works for you, without it just being another book that sits on a shelf collecting dust? First you have to pin-point what area of your life are looking to improve… your health, mental well-being, money mindset, or dating & relationships. It’s important to remember too, that a self-help book can only take you so far. Once you finish reading it, it’s up to you to integrate that new knowledge and apply it to your life.
When I started my self-healing journey back in 2015 after leaving a toxic relationship, reading was one of things that helped me heal. I’ve always been a book nerd, but self-help books have become one of my all time favorites. I love hearing other people’s stories & these are just a few of my faves.
